I filled out the required information for my first appointment and within a few short hours I was contacted by Kaylee Webb. Kaylee and I spoke briefly regarding the services I were interested in and confirmed my first appointment time.The day finally came, and it was time for my first laser hair reduction appointment. As I entered the spa, I was greeted by Kaylee. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere with dimmed lights, calming décor, and quite background music. Before the procedure began, Kaylee took the time to explain exactly how the process worked. She provided quality information regarding her extensive training and certifications she received. Kaylee took the time to answer my questions and ensured that I was comfortable before beginning the procedure.Like most people, my biggest concern was the pain. Kaylee informed me that the whole underarm process only takes a few short minutes and if needed she would gladly provide breaks. I was quite shocked to find the first treatment pain was very minimal and the area felt completely normal before I even left the spa.. As the next few days came and went, I was overwhelmed with surprise as my underarms were smooth and had very few hairs appearing each day.
