She was everything that seems to be lacking in many businesses today. Brittany was not only prompt but professional and knowledgeable. The pandemic still has many riddled with fear about receiving services outside our homes. She not only cleaned her station prior to seating me, but she and the other stylist wore mask while serving their clients. She ensured I was well informed and capable of handling my new natural hair journey. When I left her chair my hair looked and felt amazing. She has truly perfected her craft.
