The first day I walked into that building, my whole life changed. I wasn’t very confident at all and this experience has taught me to love myself again and I changed for the better. I lost a total of 13 inches and 20lbs in only 6 weeks! I’m in complete shock with the results and I will continue to do this because honestly it just makes you feel great and refreshed. I was super excited about a female owned & operated small business however I dealt with disappointment after disappointment.1st, I’d like to say that the treatments didn’t work. I did 2 rounds of Zerona for a total of 12 & 2 months worth of lipo B & C injections.I ate better, drank tons of water & increased my exercise routine. After all of this, I have zero weight loss. My clothes still fit the same.I will tell you that the injections do make me FEEL better.The price: the Zerona is priced nicely in comparison to other processes such as sono bello or cool sculpting if it actually worked.You can get lipo B & C injections much cheaper via Groupon which was recommended to me by one of the employees at A New You.Which brings me to my overall experience. It was just really bizarre & totally unprofessional. One of the employees solicited me for a job, spoke horribly about the owner, embarrassed me in the main lobby in front of other patrons & made me feel so uncomfortable.When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she spoke horribly about the employee & told me her personal business.With this horrible relationship between the two of them, this person remains an employee!!I wanted to do another round of injections with this business but decided it was best to cut ties with them & never look back!I do want to say that there is an exceptional employee who works on Mondays, Tuesday & Wednesday. If I could of dealt with her only my experience would be 5 stars.The owner is spread thin, she reports working 60+ hours in a week. I only saw her there once after my initial consultation with her.Take this review as you want, this is my personal experience.I recommend keeping track of your injections & Zerona treatments because they are just all over the place with scheduling. Nicole is AMAZING. She was thorough understanding and genuine. I have done a lot of different procedures at different spas, this one is by far the best. No gimmicks, no overcharging . They sincerely care about the best outcome for each client. The treatments they offer REALLY WORK . I recommend this spa to all of my friends and family.
