If i could give this place a 0 I would!! SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR TIME! DONT GO HERE!! Management is horrendous! The receptionist Pat is by far the WORST! She’s sarcastic, she’s rude, she doesn’t try to help with anything in any way. She doesn’t know how to answer phones, doesn’t know how to listen to voicemails. Calling and scheduling anything is a nightmare. She does not know how to do the most simplest job! The last straw was driving 30 min there for my appointment that I kept receiving email reminders about a week prior only to arrive and they were closed! I called and she said her laser tech quit! Another one quit! Everyone here quits because they are SO BAD! She said she “forgot” to call me and this is something they’ve known for a while! I tried speaking to a manager and she said manager won’t talk to anyone and can’t help. WHAT!?! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

If you’re being swayed by the bad reviews, please read this one because I’ve been getting laser hair removal from this place for about 3 or 4 staff changes now. First of all I’d like to say, just like every other company during the pandemic, this company suffered some staffing issues but they’ve figured it out & have had solid staff for at least 3 months now. Anaya is the best laser tech they’ve had. My last 3 appointments were with her and she perfected the settings for optimal results without burning my sensitive skin. Pat the receptionist is very sweet and great with appointment reminders. You won’t be disappointed by the new staff. If your concern is the services, they’ve always done a great job with my laser hair removal. I saw less hair growth each time. Now I don’t even shave anymore and my legs are always smooth.

I received a service there 2 months ago and the technician was great! I recently called to reschedule an appointment and was rudely told by an elderly sounding lady that they aren’t rescheduling right now due to not having any staff. Does anyone know where I can find the great technician that took care of me? I think her name began with an “A”. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I definitely won’t be going back to this place.

I paid for multiple laser services when they first opened. I regularly went in to do my laser. Then the second to the last service I had a lady pulled me to the side and told me her staff had been stealing from the office and that my payments werent showing up in their systems. I told her I would look at my bank statements and provide her any proof of any payments but that I wasnt sure if most of it was paid in cash. When I went in for my last session I was told that since they could not find the payments for the services that I paid for that I was going to have to pay for them again. I then told her that I was not paying for something that I had already paid for and that it was not my fault that she had employees who were stealing from her and not posting my payments. I was not able to get my last session or a refund for a service I had already paid for.

Before today’s experience I would have given them a 3 to 4 stars. Today was my last session, I showed up on time to my appointment that was confirmed by email and text message, to my surprise the door was closed and the open sign was turned off, I called then they let me in just to slap me with I m sorry no one called you we have no one to do your service you can come back at 4:30 if you want. I m like r u kidding me I just drove 30 minutes to hear this , that is so unprofessional. Your fake “I m sorry” doesn’t make up for having to wake up when I didn’t want to, having to drive to you with the stress of an empty tank because I was being thoughtful and didn’t want to be late.

SCAMMM!!!! I purchased 8 Laser Lipo sessions I only completed 4 sessions. I Have been calling for a weeks and no one answers the phones, you are unable to set a new appointment, they do not return your phone calls, I really did like this place but clearly something is going on on the business side of it because they will not return your phone calls! And no one has offered a refund! I advise you to save your money and go elsewhere immediately!!!!! Scam!!! Scam!!

Avoid this place and save your money, they tell you you’ll see results within 6-10 sessions and when you done with the sessions, they’d be like “it takes 3 months to see big changes, you just have to keep up with the diet and exercise” if I’m dieting and exercising for 3 months of course I’ll see results duh totally waste of money. And the receptionist is so rude, like you’re working for her. Just save your money man, not worth it.
