I’ve been here before and had no problems, but I took my daughter there 2 days ago for a trim. Shame on me for not noticing until we got home, but her hair was completely lopsided. I took her back today to show her and have it fixed. She still didn’t know what she was doing, even asking ME how to do it. Worst haircut ever. STILL couldn’t cut it even. Finally left, took her to Fantastic Sams where we should’ve gone in first place. I assure you, we asked for nothing fancy just a straight cut. I don’t know if she was new or not, but she had bleached blonde hair with dark roots. She’s the younger one there because there’s another lady with bleached blonde hair that works they’re to, don’t get them confused.

Went in to try and get a trim, I waited at the front for 3 minutes with no acknowledgement from the hairdressers-not even to say I’ll be right with you, please have a seat-so, I walked right out. Wouldnt want anyone there to touch my hair when the hairdressers own hair looked over processes and brittle.
