Katherine is AMAZING! I had a session with her this week and it was my first time to get a massage. I left her office feeling a level of relaxation and pain-free mobility that I have not felt in a very long time. She customized a massage for me and worked all the stress and tension out of my body from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. If you’ve been on the fence about massage therapy (like I was), spend 1 hour with Katherine. You’ll wish you hadn’t waited so long! Katherine’s services are worth every minute and every dollar. I can’t wait for my next appointment and massage time with Katherine will now be a regular part of my self-care routine. Her office is fabulous, a very soothing environment all the way down to the music she plays. She even shared her playlist with me. Katherine’s a sweetheart and VERY good at what she does!

Kathy was amazing. Very relaxing, yet productive massage session. Integrated different massages into my session to give my body the best chance of recovery and relaxation. I’ve worked with many professionals over the years, and Kathy is right up there with the best of them. Table was extremely comfortable and a calm environment helped a ton. Holy relaxation Batman! I have been getting professional massages since I was 17 and I can say this was one of the best I have ever had; if not the best. Kathye was so friendly and really focuses on what your body needs. She also utilizes the time wonderfully and I didn’t feel like 20 minutes was taken for me to get undressed and dressed. I will absolutely be coming back and as often as I can!!

Best massage ever. End of story. I went in with so much tension I felt like someone had beaten me up with a plank. But I returned from a new you massage feeling rejuvenated. It was as if Kathy went into my body and drained out all the stress and tension. I’m hooked now and will definitely be returning more frequently for massages. She’s incredible at what she does and it was worth every penny. I’m extremely happy with the services received.

Had a wonderful experience. By appointment only. Booked my husband and I on a Sunday and we were the only people there so it was extra quiet and peaceful. Am only giving 4 stars because we had a substitute masseuse (who gave a 5 star massage) so I can’t speak on the skill or bedside manner of the primary masseuse for A New You (although I chatted briefly with her while booking and she seems super friendly). We had such a relaxing experience for an affordable price that we plan to book again! I’m sure I’ll be able to honestly give a 5 star review based on her skills then 🙂

This is definitely where you want to go! I’m new to Wylie & have checked out a few places. They seem to be more focused on selling you products than improving your health. But “A New You” listens to your concerns during consultation and addresses those concerns during therapy. I go home feeling great – like a boneless chicken!
