I just love this place! Facials by Kari are my “treat yourself moments” and I recommend seeing her on a regular basis! She helps me with my confidence by keeping my skin looking young and educates me on how to continue a healthy regime at home. This is a great place to relax and spoil yourself for a moment. They also do gift cards if you are looking to treat someone else to a nice gift of relaxing and confidence!

I came here for the first time a while back because my husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday. I am natural blonde and basically wanted something similar to high-lo lights,but more drastic.I showed the stylist a photo of what I was wanting.Well guess what.My hair turned out blue-ish gray and they REFUSED to fix it because I became unprofessional with them.Wouldn’t you be upset if your hair turned out blue-gray? they were very unapologetic and didn’t care at all. Of all places,wal-mart salon on germann/Gilbert rd fixed my hair at a low cost because they felt sorry about what A New U Day Spa had did to me.I had to have my hair bleached in order to fix it.Of course bleaching ruins your hair.My hair was flat,dull with a ton of breakage for a couple years after this happened.I have been told by several stylists that I can basically plan on never dying my hair again because of the bleach treatment that HAD to be done.Stay far far away from this place!For all services!This situation is not recent,but now I finally had a chance to tell everyone how this horrible place really is. Report this to the B.B.B?bet your butt I did.
