OMGOSH!!!! What an amazing difference it is to work with a seasoned & professional stylist. I researched many salons in town, and wanted to make sure I went to the right spot. I called A New Image Salon yesterday, and was actually able to speak to someone. They listened & were so helpful, and gave my info to Courtney Thompson. She dillgently called me back, and made space for me immediately the next day. When I arrived, everyone was friendly & kind. They all were easy going, and spoke to me at length about what I wanted & what might be possible. Courtney was charming & sweet. She answered all of my questions, and made me feel SO comfortable. More importantly, she made me L K & feel beautiful, and she exceeded my expectations. I will never go to another salon or stylist again. ThankU So Much ladies, for all of your attention today. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent to the same girl at another salon for about 2 years, and when I went in for my regular appointment in August, she had quit. No notice! So I let another girl there cut it, big mistake. Train Wreck! Let it grow out some then decided to try New Image to see if they could straighten it out, plus it is close to home. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment, and got right in. Madison did an amazing job for her first time working on me and the fact she had a mess on my head to deal with. She is so sweet. And the best thing is, she’s got a new client!
