This was the worst salon I have EVER been too!!! They were rude to me but they were beyond rude to my sweet grandparents!!! All my grandpa wanted was his hair done they refused to do it! We were nothing but reasonable to them, and the owner Tracii just started being very rude. Not only that, we had to wait a very long time even though we had an appointment. Plus the place was not very well kept. The worst part of this whole experience is Tracii made my grandmother cry! Who does that?!?! All I can say is I will never bring my family here again and I’ll be sure to let everyone in the neighborhood know not to come here.

I walked into this woman’s salon today because my mom told me about a scenario that she had with the salon owner regarding her 85 yr old boyfriend, who recently had a terrible fall & in & out of the hospital for a few weeks. Peter called for a hair appointment & this B_____ said she would not be caught dead washing his hair.!! ” I ain’t no nurse & it’s not my job to do it, & I won’t be bothered with him anymore!!” My mom was so upset, seeing Peter very upset & she railed into my mom calling a 74 yr old woman names you wouldn’t ever repeat & telling her she is neglecting him, etc. My mom was crying & distraught & when she told me the story, my hair was standing on edge!! I am an esthetician @ several premiere spas in the area & worked in many over the yrs. She ain’t going to babysit him for my mom while she neglects him.6could not wash his hair. Every review is much the same, an arrogant salon owner & only person working for herself( no one in their right mind would affiliate themselves with her & go down with her & she clearly couldn’t keep anyone anyway!!) I wanted to get on here & inform everyone how awful she is & unkind & rude to our mom’s & grandparents!! It’s absolutely unbelievable that a person would be as ugly as she is & for no fault of her own!! She has no soul!! She is uneducated & she is just miserable & her misery follows her. I can’t help but notice that all these comments have to do with much older clients!! Thank God they have us as advocates!! It’s no surprise that every review was awful & that all were with our grahdparents? Clearly, they are her main clientele, ( no normal chic, modern person would ever go,yo hrruntil out loved ones get involved & give her a piece of our minds!! Karma works as it should. You definitely have loads of bad karma coming your way girlfriend!! People that have no soul, com0assion, heart & decency should be flipping burgers, (nothing against that job), but it is right up her alley, as far as her level of education & keeping her away from dealing with actual people!! She belongs in a zoo!! Even animals in the zoo have more class & etiquette than this poor, poor excuse for a human being. Reading her terrible reviews made me smile with elation that no one will be coming to her…. Obviously that trend started before me!! So, so sorry salon owner!! I have an idea!! Why don’t you get a life & a New image!!! The last thing people need from her is a halfass attempt to do a 1960’s hairstyle,color & perm!!! I’m frightened thinking of it!! She is the lowest of low & pond scum is all I,can say to describe her, without totally insulting her!! My goal was to damage her business , but clearly my earlier thought on how like atttracts like, there is no way she can be a vibrational match for anyone good! She has the lowest vibrational energy, much like that of a skunk!! Clearly, she isn’t getting new clients because her reviews & commentary ate much the same & very scathing!! ✌ out, B____;!!!

Does your establishment make it a habit of making grandmothers cry in public? If so, I’d like to congratulate you on a job well done! This is by far the most horrific, unprofessional, and disgusting form of verbal abuse that I have ever heard of in a very long time! As a Marine Infantry three time combat veteran, I am absolutely appalled and disgusted that my grandparents were treated in such a disgraceful manner. Respect is at the very heart of our core values and it seems that your establishment, needs a copious amount of remedial training in the finer arts of customer service! There is categorically no excuse to treat anyone, especially paying customers, like second-rate citizens…FIX YOURSELVES!
