I called for an appointment and had no problem getting one, at the time that I wanted it. Excellent customer service! Lisa cut my hair and I am so happy with my new haircut! I have long hair and wanted layers and a general “clean-up”. I showed her a couple of pictures and she did exactly what I wanted and it was very reasonable. I’m now a sworn regular!

I was there yesterday when all that went down with Joshua, I am so sorry for the review that he left. Both my girls had their hair done and it turned out beautiful and as he said his did to. But you don’t bring family problems into a place of business and air your dirty laundry. Some times people treat you like you act, so be respectful to other and their customers and they will treat you the same WAY. So if you want your hair cut and be in a very professional and inviting atmosphere, you go here. As for the wall with the writing on it, everyone has to get work done sometime, if we would just listen sometimes then we would know that. This is a great place and i will bring my girls back. Thanks so much.

Wish I could give a zero. Sheduled time with her to get my and my dad’s haircut as part of his Birthday. She butchered my Dad’s hair. My dad voiced his discontent. She called him crazy and mocked him, then made him leave with his hair only partially cut. I asked her to not use nouns or adjectives by name calling and acting very unprofessional. She asked me to leave. We were civil. She had her arms folded up, laughed and mocked my Dad. Beware …very unprofessional. Had to step over multiple people’s hair when trying to make my way to the chair to get my hair cut. I did not see the stylist clean anything that she used to cut my hair with. We told her, we are filing complaints with BBB & the Chamber of Commerce in Broadway and leaving negative reviews on all the social media platforms we were associated with. She told us to go right ahead. I could give zero stars, I would! Hole in the wall with terrible Customer Service skills. The walls were half painted and someone literally wrote in large letters ‘Paint Me’ on one of the walls. I was having a conversation with family and the stylist felt the need to add her two-cents. She was hired to cut hair not offer any psychology services. Will never return. Although my haircut was fine, she left my dad’s hair half baked. Beware!
