Critical: Communication, QualityWish I could give zero stars. Had a appointment last Friday to do cut and color. I realize Rachel had to do a correction color on some my hair because black is hard to die red but I showed the cut I wanted done she said it would be to my shoulders. It’s so short I can’t even put a ponytail in it and after 115.00 the color still isn’t finished. I spent another 90 on special products from here and after my first wash the color is already fading. All she did was chop my hair. I could have done the cut myself. My hair did need a cut but I hate this cut. I didn’t even want anyone to see it. I feel like I threw away over 200 dollars. I can’t afford to waste money. I want a refund. I wanted to do this to feel better about myself and I just feel worse. All she wanted to focus on the different shades in my hair so she chopped it could have done it myself. I told her I didn’t want it real short.
