I went in today on a whim for a new style. Rina helped me. She knew what I wanted even though I could not express it very well. She is very talented. I normally don’t do reviews but I felt like her techniques needed to be shared. Rina Rodriguez is the stylist. I know where I will be going from now on. Lisa Wallace is amazing. Every time I come in I have special designs I’ve pulled from Pintrest and she’s pulled it off every time, usually better! Lena is an incredible hairdresser! Always doing what I ask and when I’ve wanted it different after she’s finished, she changed it for me with a smile. Great place!

Critical: QualityI’ve been debating on writing a review of this place, because I didn’t want my name attached; but not having my name attached wasn’t an option. So. The lady that did my hair was incredibly nice and professional. She said that she’s been doing hair for “18 years.” So, I felt like she probably knew what she was doing. I asked her to fix my color, and her solution was to give me highlights; they turned out ok. I’ve certainly had better, but they’re not horrible. I also needed a haircut and I remember specifically saying that I do not want layers in my hair. I like having my hair all one length and blunt. Well, I got layers. Uneven, incredibly short layers. I’m not exaggerating when I say, this is absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. Now, I have to live with this haircut from her for a long time until it grows out. It has seriously messed with my self esteem and anxiety. So, I will never, ever go here again. I loved how nice everyone was. Getting my hair done was great. But I went to get my nails done and it looked terrible. The lady was really nice but you could still see my finger nail under the polish. I wish when I asked for ombre she could have suggested something else or tell me she want comfortable with that style yet because it looked like failed french tips. I tore them off the second I got in the car. I’m pretty sad that I went to treat myself and then I felt really ugly.
