I’ve been to almost all the nail places in Blacksburg and this is by far the best! The owner of the shop is the sweetest and funniest, she opened the store early to fit in my appointment. She also will let you pick what to watch on netflix as you get your nails done. Everytime I get my nails done they last so long and never break! I highly recommend going here.

It is extremely hard to find a good nail tech around Blacksburg. I went to this salon for the first time last weekend. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. I really loved the gel acrylic set Susan did for me. She offers SNS, regular polish, and gel nail color. Keep in mind she is the owner and only worker at her store so be prepared to wait. She is very sweet and I really enjoyed her customer service. My nails are nice and ready for graduation.

The lady wouldn’t issue a refund and hung up on me. I tried explaining i live an hour away and work two jobs so i can’t make it in time before they close and she was very unprofessional. I have had amazing experiences every time I go. The owner is pretty fast as well and does a great job on my nails. She is also so sweet! One time she charged me twice for a gel manicure on my credit card statement, and when I went to ask her about it she said if I came in again that she would remember me and we could settle up then. I came back three months later and she remembered my situation and was completely great about it. I even tried to tip and she declined the money. She was so willing to help me and also offered to pay me back originally when I told her about the extra charge. She is a very kind lady and makes sure everyone is happy. Nothing but great things about this nail salon. Also the first time I came in she gave me an eyebrow waxing for free. 🙂 <3

There was only one person attending on a Saturday evening. Just to get every client done in a few min she was rushing without being careful. It was cheap so I guess it is fine. I asked to get a fill after seeing that what I got is not what I wanted but the person said it was too late and refused to get me a fill.

Every time I come here she never disappoints. She even adjusts her nail menu to keep up with the current trends!(OMBRÉ) She did mine & I absolutely LOVED them. She’s quick, friendly & perfect pricing for her work. I recommend for waxing, nails, toes, everything she does well & exactly how you ask!
