Go in the first thirty minutes of opening and told a 40 min wait. Which is fine. Yet every time a pedicure ended they left to either go sit or take a new client at the manicure station. Had to leave without service because they kept lying saying they were almost to me when I knew they weren’t. 36 weeks pregnant just trying to have a nice “me” day and the whole day ruined because of this business. Not coming back ever again. I drove 30 mins to come here for this service.

Will NEVER go back. I called on a Monday to set an appointment for Friday for a mani-pedi and eyebrow wax. When I arrived I was told my appointment was not written down AND had to sit and watch for over 15 minutes as other customers were serviced before me. I called FOUR DAYS IN ADVANCE for my appointment and still was over looked as if i were invisible. I won’t be back.

I was told this place was good on doing nails, they were wrong. I’ve got $60 worth of nails that I do not like. They are not the color I wanted, they are not the shape I wantedt, they are not straight, and after repeatedly asking the gentleman who was doing my nails, he still didnt do what I want it. At the end I need my nails done and I’ve said him doing my nails. He was grinding my cuticles to the point where it burned and I let him know and he said it’s not bleeding so I’m guessing it has to bleed for him to know it hurts me. Because of this one’s persons service, I will not be going back

Horrible service. It is one thing that the nail tech accidentally catches the quick with the clippers, but when I come back a week later to ask them to try to do something to hide the blood still sitting under the nail from the botched original job, I was told that it was dirt and not blood and that it was my fault.
