I Went here for a quick full set , I enjoyed the middle aged guy, never got his name … it was reasonably priced. My nails looked great, and still do. This is my third time trying them out. And last time I gotta pedicure and loved it too! Still lasts after 2-3 weeks.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I told them to make the nails longer (I showed a picture) the man said okay I understand. When I told them to make the tips longer he started making excuses. I told him I didn’t want to pay for the service and he took a nail clipper and started cutting my nails. He cut my skin as well. Unprofessional. All I wanted was the tips to be longer. He even put the acrylic on my skin!! He was yelling and when I told him he hurt me he got more mad and told me I wasn’t hurt. When I told them to make the nails longer (I showed a picture) the man said okay I understand. When I told them to make the tips longer he started making excuses. So after being a customer for couple years. I now have to find a new nail salon. After seating for 30 minutes listening to techs and other customers talk. I received no service. Went in for pedicure. Could have put feet into water to soak, didn’t do that. Then as I got up to leave owner says, “Sorry you couldn’t have time to wait”. After I had already waited 30 minutes. Will never go back for rude service again.

Nails turned out ok. I got a mani and pedi (acrylic) and it was $70. They had me soaking my feet for a hour but I was a walk in. Nails did not look anything like the picture I asked for. The acrylic toenails was $10 . I was really holding out hope for this place!! She messed up on my feet but she was really busy. When I spoke up about the price, she got mouthy. Don’t go unless you can talk back!

One of the best nail shops on the Southside, very fast and professional. Le does my nails and she’s the best. Never left there unsatisfied. There are 2 other workers there one only does Pedicures. They are very fast and do a really good job.

We walked in, and immediately we noticed it was a little bit dingy and outdated inside but, we were running short on time and in the area so we decided to stay and get our services … a bad choice. We were immediately sat in our pedicure chairs and sat there feet in water for 30-35 mins before even one of us got serviced. After we started receiving the pedicures, they did not do a through job, got nail polish on the sides of our toes that was not cleaned off, and the absolute WORST PART OF THE PEDICURE was the lady giving us pedicures used the SAME tools on everyone in the salon WITHOUT cleaning them!!!!!
