Priced well for the quality you get. The nail technician who worked on mine was very precise and thorough with her work. She took her time making sure the shape was consistent, and was very attentive to me and my requests. I was originally going to only get one tone, but then she offered me the option of a glitter ombre, and for 5$ more how can i say no? It was the perfect little touch. I opted for cuticle upwards ombre as supposed to the usual tip downwards. I’d suggest making an appointment, and hopefully tipping them well:) theyre all nice people

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were so nice and they really take their time. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the end result was beautiful. They suggested the gold flakes and it was such a nice touch. Highly recommend and I will revisit again.

Critical: QualityThe end product of my pedicure and manicure were good but the service and process was not what I expected. My feet were left in the water for more than 40 minutes, while my hands were being worked on. The entire process of my manicure and pedicure were rushed. It didn’t feel relaxing. On top of that when I would put my nails under the light for a gel finish, it burned really bad. Now that my nails have outgrown, the gel polish damaged the top layer of my nail and making my nails brittle. My feet were left in the water for more than 40 minutes, while my hands were being worked on. The entire process of my manicure and pedicure were rushed. It didn’t feel relaxing. This place is just what a spa should be. Lam & Jennifer are the best. This place is clean and beautifully decorated. When I go for a manicure and/or a pedicure it’s me time and this place is quiet and peaceful. They always manage to fit me in. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Glad to see they are moving to a bigger place they must be doing pretty well and they deserve it.

The best customer service in the area. They are super friendly and helpful. plus they know nails. The salon itself is super clean and inviting. it has a really intimate feel with only 2 nail stations and 2 pedicure stations. even though I really like the feel I did give it 4 stars for that reason. If you want to go with a group it’s not the place for you. Overall I love this place and will be going back whenever it’s just me and a friend or just me.
