Ok job on my nails but it was like pulling teeth. They simply were not interested. I was the only person there, 2 people walked in and they were turned away. I was also concerned about the cleanliness. I asked her to sanitize everything in front of me. I won’t be be coming back here. It was not a relaxing pleasant experience at all.

Got mani and pedi. Mani is crooked. White on tips aren’t good. Runny streaks on them. For of the pedi gel color came off two days after having it with bubbles in the polish. Rough on pedi. Made me bleed, I said ouch three times with no acknowledgment to my pain. The older lady doing my friend was great. Mine which I assume was her daughter was not. I do not recommend most of the nail polish looked old and I think they live there had multiple people coming and going from upstairs.

My wife went for a manicure. The worker was rough and the polish was streaked on her nails allowing finger nail to show through. No it wasn’t a light color either. She says she’ll not return to A+ Gel manicures

The service here was awful. Not only did they forget to do a top coat on my daughters pedicure as well as her hot towel. They rubbed her toes so hard with the file she has a sore. There were dead bugs in other seats near us. The woman who worked on my toes cut so much skin off I bled all over my foot. She never apologized or even acknowledged it even after i said ouch that hurts. Both of our polish has already come off and chipped less then 3 days later. It was a horrible experience and we will never be back.

While the pedicure was great looking, I made an appointment and was still not seen by a technician nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Very little callus work, I had to ask for her to do more. Staff was friendly, just wish there were more of them to accommodate their customers, especially those who bothered to make an appointment.

Arrived at 658pm online it says closes at 9pm and on the door it says 8pm. Walked in and asked about getting 4 pedis for our group. Was told sorry we’re closed.

This place is AMAZING!!!! Me being on VACATION I wasn’t thinking of making an appointment. I simply walked in! They had a few appointments coming in after me, and the lady that checked me in asked her co worker if they would have time to do both a manicure AND a pedicure due to their close approaching appointments. Instead of turning me away, or making me choose between one or the other, they did my pedicure and manicure at the same time! I’ve been to plenty nail salons and have never seen them do this, let alone with an AMAZING attitude! They were so kind. And like I said, instead of being irritated with a tourist who just walked in expecting the full deal, they had amazing and welcoming attitudes! This place is definitely one I will frequent when on vacation here!! HIGHLY recommended!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI have never had acrylic nails come off within 2 DAYS of getting them done! I took my son’s girlfriend with me and she asked for acrylic nails and the lady literally ignored her and just painted her nails!! The nails she did on me were so bad I was wishing she would’ve ignored me! Literally all of my nails popped right off except for the thumbs! I paid over $109 for my nails, a Mani and a pedicure. The acrylic was gobbed up under my nail tips making it impossible to clean under (which ended up not mattering anyway because they popped off within 2 days!!)
