A Nails? MORE LIKE A++ NAILS! Look at this! Look at it! This is perfection! I have found a fantastic, articulate nail tech in Brian. He is amazing. He gave me a fill and gel color and he was SO CAREFUL while shaping my nails that I swear it seemed like he was preparing for litigation. What a swell dude. I have my place where I always go to but I wanted to be able to speak and be able to understand what the staff is saying so I tried this place because of the great reviews. It was a complete fail for me. This lady in her maybe 40s she was so rude and unprofessional. She was also rude to my nail tech who was completely new. Poor girl didn’t know you could matte a nail polish. My pedicure started to chip that same day. I have lots of callus. She was done and didn’t remove it at all. I was thinking maybe she will, let me just wait till she’s done. She didn’t. So I told her and she said oh you want it removed. So she removed it with this weird sponge then she said she was done. I was shocked. What about the other foot? Anyways. I won’t come back here anymore. I prefer my other place 1,000 times even if I can communicate properly with the staff. My pedi is always on point when I go there. Mind you 2 days later my so called matte finish was glossy and matte all patchy. Yeah. Not coming back here.

Critical: QualityVisited Laredo this past week , went with my sister to get acrylic full set and pedi (gel) .I asked for coffin nails and they came out squared had to ask the guy to fix them , they took almost 3hours for the service . My nails are lifting and the gel chipping off , my sisters nails broke the 3rd day . Not to mention the prices are ridiculous!(me $115/sister $130 w/solid color pedi no extra services). Visited Laredo this past week , went with my sister to get acrylic full set and pedi (gel) .I asked for coffin nails and they came out squared had to ask the guy to fix them , they took almost 3hours for the service .
