Went in for a fill, she proceeded to do a full set without asking when she began soaking my nails off I asked what was going on only to be told I was getting a full set. I had ombre dipped pink and white nails she gave me a regular fill. The colors don’t match and I left with half done nails.

Worse experience ever. They dont listen and would not fix it. Never again and if anyone ever ask me I will show them pictures. Pictures say a million words. And please stop taking about people when their in your chair you never know who can actually under stand you. Never judge a book by its cover. Keep it professionally. Customer also, talk. My sister should not have walk in on you guys talking about me. Bad business unprofessional all the way around. It should not take 3 hours for a refill when it was only two other woman in there who both were getting pedicures. The fumes in the establishment must be illegal and unhealthy. I wore a KN-95 mask and it barely worked. I was sitting in their observing while a friend of mine was getting a manicure. They do a great job but they need to get a ventilation system. I also do not appreciate the staff speaking in their native language in front of me especially when you know that they are talking about you. I turned on my Google translator. Lol

We love coming here for pedicures! (My husband and I) They’re friendly, and do a great job. We come once a month and they always remember our personal details. I’ve never had my nails done here and I don’t get my toenails painted, so I can’t attest to their skills in those areas, but our feet feel fantastic when we leave.

I’ve gotten my nails done for years, I also am a licensed cosmetologist, but never in my entire life have I experienced anything so awful at a nail salon. From their customer service to the quality of the nails. I had to go back to get them fixed because they looked so AWFUL and the girl who “fixed them” didn’t do much better than the first guy. After getting my nails “fixed” within 2 hours my gel polish chipped right off. They are rude and terrible at doing nails! Do not waste your time or money!
