Tried dipped nails for the first time $35. Limited color choice. I had a gift certificate that said $40 and forty-five… you’d think for good customer service he’d let it be for $45. Kept saying $40 so finally he agreed to $42 Clean place , large regular nail polish display.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityBoth my mom and I got pedicures, they weren’t busy and so they were friendly and attentive. During the pedicure, they kept pressuring and insisting to my mom to also get a gel manicure even after we had stated she was not getting one, just the gel pedicure. After all the asking from both the man that was doing my pedicure and the women doing my mom’s, we agreed. During the start of our gel manicures/acrylic, the salon started to get busy and the man that was doing my acrylic set kept interrupting our session to help others which added time to my gel manicure/acrylic. When he was shaping my nails, he cut my left pointer finger and I let him know to which he responded with attitude. It was unprofessional, however, that in the middle of my set he left for about 15 minutes. I could not leave because my set had been left half done and everyone else was with a customer. When I voiced my concern with time I was told to wait until he was back. When he came back, I was moved to another station and the lady did not even know what I wanted. I explained that I wanted something similar to a french tip, the difference would be that I wanted the color on my toes in a ‘V shape. My cuticles were not touched and now I have to cut them, even though it should have been done because I paid $188 for both my pedicure and manicure/set along with my mom’s. Paying almost $200 for service I didn’t expect my experience to be handled in this manner. The pink set is what I got and the white tips are the picture I showed. Included is a picture where my finger was cut.Services: Gel manicures, Manicure, PedicureBoth my mom and I got pedicures, they weren’t busy and so they were friendly and attentive. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueOverall they were nice, no problems there. However, I paid extra to have gel polish on my pedicure and the very next day I took a shower and realized I had 4 nails with the polish completely gone! What? He must have forgotten a step like primer or something because the entire nail doesn’t have any polish on it at all.. not even a little spec. Almost like it completely peeled off as a whole piece. The other reason I rated it one star is because he didn’t use gloves the entire time he did my pedicure. Then, he would stop to get up and help other people, grab the tv remote, grab the foot masks or grab a warm towel to wrap my feet in and wouldn’t wash his hands. Not after handling my feet or touching other objects like door handles/nobs, cash register and such. Leaves me to wonder if he’s washing his hands in between clients?! Scary. Also they should have plastic coverings on the inside of their tubs. Much more clean and efficient to change out the plastic in the tub between each client during sterilizing. Then it’s more like a new tub of water every time there’s a new client instead of the same tub used by multiple people over and over again only being wiped down. Plastic and wiped down is much safer and more clean. Plus wearing gloves.Service: PedicureOverall they were nice, no problems there. Best nail place that I’ve been too in a long time, friendly staff. Best nails by far, I’m ocd about crooked nails, but she didn’t make any mistakes. If I could I would give a 10 rating, 10/10 would recommend!! Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI came here looking for a new salon since I just moved to Burnsville I wanted something close to me. I went to T not sure how to spell her name I got this full set not even 2 weeks ago and on that second week all my nails were lifting and Ive NEVER had that problem. I paid $70 for the full set just to come back the next week and pay $20 and be charged everytime another one lifts. It was really irritating doing anything at work was painful and taking a shower was difficult everyday. There wasnt one day that I didnt have a new nail lifting so unfortunately due to cheap product I will no longer be going there. Burnsville has lots of nails salons so its okay!Service: Acrylic nailsI came here looking for a new salon since I just moved to Burnsville I wanted something close to me. This was the second time I’ve went to this shop. Obviously the first time was pleasant enough for me to return, but sadly I doubt I will go again. The staff were pleasant, although there was a teenage girl that didn’t seem to want to be there. A woman did most of my pedicure, then had the teenager do the polish so she could assist another customer. This didn’t bother me, but the quality of the polish job does. They are a bit higher price wise then some, and for the price I paid I doubt I will go back.

My wife got a pedicure and for the most part it was just fine, She got gel on her toes. When she got to my car, she had to wipe her feet off bc they were so slimy from too much lotion and oil used during my massage. They also painted the gel polish onto her skin and She had to fix/peel it off and cut it when She got home. Nice enough staff, but my wife probably won’t return.
