Went and got my nails done here this morning for the first time. They were just opening for the day so it wasn’t busy at all. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that did my nails and eyebrows (but I’m assuming she was the owner) very professional and friendly. She took her time with my nails and engaged in pleasant conversation while doing so. I am very satisfied with how my nails turned out. Also, my eyebrows look fantastic! Thank you so much, even tho I don’t live in the area I will be returning to this location again!

Her husband, Ben did my pedicure and I wish he could massage me every day! The spa pedicure is worth the extra few bucks- hot stones were used in the massage and it felt wonderful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When I say horrible I mean it. First off when i sat down to get a pedi a roach crawled on me. So the lady that own the salon got mad because I Asked her to cut my nails down more, then I asked her to do a triangle French tip she told me she could do it, but turns out it was too hard for her so I asked for something different. It eventually became a problem, she then proceeded to call security and told them I wasn’t going to pay. I told her that’s not what I do I’m in the military and i have the money. She then proceeded to tell me I have to pay before I finished, and I told her no I’ll pay when she finished. After that she didn’t want to finish or work on my nails and told me if I didn’t like them she wasn’t going to fix them!
