I hate leaving negative reviews but after spending $50 +tip, I have to let others know. I got a French tip gel manicure and this photo is 4 days after the fact. I have had my nails done at other places and they will last me 2 weeks and never chip but the very next day I started noticing chips and flaking! I left that day on vacation so I couldn’t just go have it fixed. When I was there getting the manicure I noticed the place had nail dust all over the chair and table and I try not to be too picky but it did seem a bit unsanitary. Also, the heat lamp got so hot I had to pull my hands out immediately otherwise my fingertips would have burned! No exaggeration either!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was in the area searching for someone to do my nails and I’ve been going back ever since then, which was months ago. I have been a walk in and by appointment only, it all depends on how busy they are. Although they might not look busy they have a book that stays full with appts through out the day that you don’t see when you come in the door so please be mindful of that when you’re writing a bad review. I was in the area searching for someone to do my nails and I’ve been going back ever since then, which was months ago. I have been a walk in and by appointment only, it all depends on how busy they are. Although they might not look busy they have a book that stays full with appts through out the day that you don’t see when you come in the door so please be mindful of that when you’re writing a bad review. Sometimes they are very busy but the will usually fit you in or stay a little later to make sure you get done what you came for. They are all really really good at what they do. Since I started going there I don’t go anywhere else.

Wanted to spend a mommy daughter day with my daughter went in told them I needed polish for her and a full set for me. AFTER they paint her nails they tell me they don’t have time for me. Her nails were messed up by the time we left but I was so over the experience I just paid and left. Will NOT use them again. The entire point of the visit was so we could get our nails done together but now I have to go else where while my daughter has to sit and wait since hers are already painted.

It infurates me to see someone post that they want full. Do people consider that when they say full they mean booked,not that the building is full of people.
