I have debated for a couple weeks on posting a review or not because I’m not typically one to be critical about a one time experience. I am from out of state and visited the area over the weekend because my husband is working around this area. He had to work for a few hours on the Friday that I arrived so I decided to kill some time with getting my nails done. (I get them done regularly in a local area to where I live- it was about time for me to get them redone and I just decided to do it while in this area since I had the time) I had tried calling a few hours before hand with no answer so I stopped in to either make an appointment or see if they would take me as a walk in. The man I spoke with was VERY rude and unprofessional. I made it clear that I was happy to make an appointment for another time over the weekend or check elsewhere. He rolled his eyes and rushed me to sit in the waiting area while telling me to pick a color. I should have left with the way he treated me when I arrived but I shrugged it off. I then was greeted by another nail tech who took me to do my nails. The guy who I spoke with in the beginning was sitting in the row behind me and made comments to me the entire time I was in there, stating that they were too busy and that this is why you make appointments- things along this line my entire visit. I felt unwelcomed and Uncomfortable the entire time. I got to the counter to check out and they charged me $70 for dip powder on my own nails when I normally pay around $45 in my local area & my nails are pealing and breaking off and it has only been 2 weeks. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The owner is very rude. I showed up on time and he verbally made a scene stating I was late, I explained to him it was 4 and I was on time but he kept shouting over me. As I was being rushed to pick a color, he continued to bark down my throat. I honestly should’ve left but the guy who I booked to do my nails does a great job. I will not be returning ever due to the owner & his behavior.

My nails turned out great but I called to try and get an appointment for 5. The man that answered the phone was not sure if that would work, he said to come at 5 but I might have to wait a while. I arrived 7 minutes late and was berated for being 15 minutes late and rushed into choosing a nail color. All in all, he was pretty rude and I didn’t get to show him a design that I wanted. Even though the nails did end up good with a solid color, I would not go back.
