Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI bought a house on Lake Brownwood early 2020. My contractor was from another state. COVID prevented him from returning to tear out and rebuild. As a result, I worked alone during COVID lockdown building and finishing out projects that required tremendous strength. Manual labor for 8 weeks was crushing my 58 year old body. In tears and desperate, I began calling late on a Saturday afternoon to every massage therapist in town. COVID had most business not answering or already booked. Lenore was the only one that had the compassion and the time to help me. I was blessed that day. Lenore has 30 years of experience as a massage therapist.I’ve gone to many therapist over the years. I can honestly say, Lenore is a miracle worker.If you think she’s rude that’s unfortunate for you. If you feel uncomfortable about a massage in her home, again that’s unfortunate for you. Lenore has always been very polite and helpful. She will listen to you and will work on the areas that are hurting. She has gotten me in for an appointment when I have been down and out with my back. She does massages in her home, but that is fine with me. She is a Christian.

I called her, she was rude and very unprofessional and hung up on me. I asked if she could take a posted dated ckeck for 2 days because I was off that day and was not getting paid until Thursday which I work that day. She said no because she did not know me and just hung up on me. Well i don’t know her either,like wether she is any good but I was going to give her a chance. When payday comes around she will never see my business now.

Would of preferred another location and not at a home residency and didn’t feel comfortable. I didn’t get much done on neck and shoulder of what I originally went in for. Sorry for lady but I would not recommend her.
