Overall a fantastic massage, the music was very peaceful out in the main lobby area, it was hard to hear in the massage rooms. The gal who did the massage did a very good job, not sure how much English she spoke, as she did not say very much. Her table was not completely stable, meaning that it rocked a little bit as she pushed from either side. The experience was a little disjointed, as she didn’t explain what she was doing next, she would just leave the room and then come back in a minute with hot rocks. At one point the doorbell rang, like somebody was coming in the front door and she left the massage all together. There had been another person there earlier on but halfway through the massage she left, so I think the person giving the massage ended up having to attend to the gentleman that came in the door. Again I loved the music, and the massage was fantastic. It was exactly what I needed after working eight long 12-hour days in a row. I would go back in a heartbeat, hopefully when I go back they will have fixed a couple of those items, meaning that the table would be level all the way around, and have two people there all the time to address other customers coming in, instead of stopping the massage in the middle. The reason this gets five stars is because the massage was that good. My wife is also a massage therapist, and has been for over 20 years now, I mostly get massage from her, but I happen to be out of town from where she is and up here in Kennewick. This massage was almost as good as my wife’s are.

This was my 3rd time coming here and the first time was decent. This 3rd time the older Asian lady that works there did my deep tissue massage. She did a pretty low end, painful job that caused more discomfort than anything. The hot stones were nice but not worth 70 bucks when it used to be 60 dollars for an hour deep tissue massage. After I saw the $70 price on the receipt, I figured she added herself her own tip. She then pointed at the sign which said $70 and pointed at the tip portion on the receipt and demanded I tip her. Yeah you’re not going to tell me to tip you…tips are EARNED…you didn’t do a great job and increased the price 10 bucks. Go to a real licensed shop, these tri cities places get sketchy

I highly recommend the A+ massage. Always clean and neat, every massage therapist that I’ve seen, especially Viki, have been highly skilled and therapeutic. Also all the receptionists are very kind and professional.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the massage I just received . I asked ahead of time if the person that was going to do it could do deep massage and I was told she could. I asked twice and was told yes. The woman that gave me the massage barely even massaged me. She mostly lightly pushed on my body. And used something on my foot that poked me throughout the session. She barely even massaged my feet. And absolutely did NOT do deep tissue. I felt no relaxation. I could not relax because instead it was painful to be liked with that thing on my feet. I am not sure she was even using them properly. It was all uncomfortable. I came in to relax and also to get some relief from the massage for my aches. I felt the massage did absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed. I tried to contact the owner through the text that they rapidly text me from when I was booking the appointment, but they failed to respond when I reached out after the massage. Also, the woman doing my massage got too close to my face. It was so uncomfortable to smell her breathe. And the towel on my face was also foul smelling.

And we’re very glad we did. We were lucky enough to get an appointment on the same day and when we went in we changed our plan a little, but they knew exactly what to do and did an amazing job! The massage was exactly what one would hope a deep tissue massage would be like; it hit so many pressure points but I could feel muscles that I haven’t felt for years come back to life. Critical: ProfessionalismI went here because of the good reviews on Yelp. I’ve had many massages, and something is definitely off about this place. No intake paperwork was done. she didn’t really care much for keeping me covered I had to keep moving the sheet up so I’d be covered. And then when I tipped her in cash she tried to force me to tip her more on my card. Incredibly unprofessional. I doubt she’s even a licensed massage therapist. I love this place, great prices for a massage and it’s very clean and they are extremely friendly. They have specials on a combo massage for feet and your back that is perfect after a hard day 🙂
