A Massage

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI used to come to this place for over 5 years, and I used to liked it. I brought all of my family members to this place.Last time I brought my mom with me and since it was two of us, gentlemen did my foot massage and the lady who used to do my massage was doing my moms foot massage. I didn’t like they way the gentleman was doing my massage but I didn’t tell him anything. So, today I decided to get a foot massage again and politely asked for the lady (who used to always give me the foot massage) but the gentleman replied that she was busy….on the way out I saw her sitting in the chair on her iPad. Positive: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give 10 stars I would. The massage was perfect to me. Although the worker was 15 mins late. I was the first customer so I didnt mind waiting cause I’m usually 15 mins late for work everyday myself. But anyways. He realigned my back legs and neck. I left the building feeling like a new person. The best massage I have recieved this summer. I hate I was only in the town for a weekend but if I lived closer I would most definitely be a regular.If I could give 10 stars I would. The massage was perfect to me. I was the first customer so I didnt mind waiting cause I’m usually 15 mins late for work everyday myself. But anyways. He realigned my back legs and neck.
