HORRIBLE MANNERS. Do NOT come here. The owner/sole employee rescheduled 4 times, never sent a confirmation and only communicates through text. She made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, then left the door open and chatted with another customer while she did my lashes. Less than a day from the appointment, the lashes began to fall out and twist and poke against my eyelids. She claimed that she would reschedule me and completely STOPPED responding. The service, customer service, and product are all completely unacceptable. My eyelashes were torn out with the poor quality lash extensions that were used.

Bought deal Groupon. Made appointment via MindBody app. 10 mins before my appointment, I called the place to let them know that I am on my way. A hoarse and sleepy voiced girl picked up. She said she meant to text me yesterday, and that she is currently in Europe vacationing. Apparently, the place is closed and there is no sub either. Such a disappointment. So unprofessional. Groupon customer service was great though. I contacted them immediately. They gave Groupon credits.
