Critical: CommunicationGot two facials here and loved them. Showed up for my third, waited around for 30 minutes and no one was there so I left. My esthetician called a few minutes later to say she didn’t work there anymore and someone should have called to cancel my appointment. Posted a review about how I wasn’t called and the owner contacts me saying I shouldn’t have given her a “bad review” of three stars because the esthetician was supposed to call me. The owner did refund me for the peels I had bought and didn’t get, however the owner is responsible for all employees. Don’t rely on someone who doesn’t work there anymore to do your job and don’t message customers and try to shift the blame off yourself.Got two facials here and loved them.
