I called the number provided by Groupon to set up an appointment prior to scheduling, to be told to purchase the same promotion through them directly, rather than utilize Groupon. Groupon provides a local discount for students, bringing my total lower than the promotion. Upon attempting to schedule, I was refused service at said price. That’s like finding an item for $100 and the same thing for $75 next door. I could have bought it through Groupon and they wouldn’t have known, but instead, I was honest and pushed away because of a promotion that the owner has provided through a 3rd party agency. The whole point of utilizing Groupon is to draw business in, but instead you pushed me out of the door.
