A Little Off the Top

Critical: QualityI went into this “fine establishment” hoping for a great trim. I went in and told the nice lady that “I like the length on all of it and to just trim it up”. I had about 5 to 6 inches of hair and was trying to grow it out (which I told her). I took my glasses off for the haircut (as always) and she began. When finished I put my glasses on, and to my astonishment my hair had disappeared! The hair fairy? I think not. I gave them the money as what could they do, Glue it back on? When I got home, I ran upstairs to the bathroom to look in the mirror. It was true, my hair was gone. As I made closer examinations, I discovered more issues. One, my hair had bald spots. Bald spots are not what you like to see in your hair at any time, but especially not after a haircut. Second, it was extremely uneven all around. I flung my hair down onto my forehead hoping it would look better only to discover that it was almost an inch uneven. Third, my sideburns were also extremely uneven, this happens every time though and was not a surprise except for they were a half inch difference! My sideburns were as high as the person who did my haircut! I feel as thought my dog could have done better while on drugs. Not only did this place give me a bad haircut, but they lost my trust. I went into this “fine establishment” hoping for a great trim. I went in and told the nice lady that “I like the length on all of it and to just trim it up”. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLove this place. They do really great on cutting hair. I took my 2 boys and they did AMAZING on them. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I have now found my new hair cutting place for my whole family ❤
