The worst place ever they took advantage of my 9 year old, jacked up his hair and said O well. Horrible the lady that cut his hair did not listen to him at all said he wanted a fohawk she cut it extremely too short can’t do anything with it call backup there they said oh let it grow for 2 weeks and we’ll fix it kid goes back to school in 3 days. Do not ever use Sydney or this place they are ignorant they don’t care about their clients and When my son told her what he wanted she was very aggravated. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE DON’T GO HERE. 12-7-22, Scheduled appt for my husband and son so they wouldn’t have to wait. They arrive 45 mins early just in case there’s an opening. Apparently, the person that they were scheduled with had two other appts before them. The other girl had no one and was waiting on an appt @ 7 so cleaned and took smoke breaks. A walk-in arrived and she told him to come back bc she had an appt. She took the male appt which took 5 mins then took the walk-in. All of this while my husband and son were sitting there waiting! What’s with the complete laziness?! They left and won’t be going back to even try this place.

Stop their on a whim, they were kinda busy. The Receptionist, said I will be back and see if we can fit you in? I asked, “Can you do men’s hair?” She said yes! So Chastity, who was with another client, came up to me and said “Are you ready?” I said “Let’s Getty up!” She asked how I wanted my hair cut, I told her. chassitty, was very professional, nice, talkative and friendly. I would highly recommend that if you need A lid off the top you stop in! Thank you for a perfect cut again!

After I got my highlights, I was told by several people, it was done wrong x I thought the people just wanted money. I went to a different salon this past Sunday and the hairstylist was extremely upset with the disaster that was done, she couldn’t even follow the pattern and she did it right!!!!
