I have my own nails. I asked for an overlay and it was $55.00. Really? If that was known beforehand, I would have just turned around. It’s my fault for not asking how much it would be to get my nails done. But still, I don’t know if it’s for the chrome polish or what. Not to mention that the color doesn’t really look like the same as the little nail display. I can’t say anything further. Finally had a little extra money and just not really happy about it being $55 dollars.

They did my eyebrows perfect but it hurt more then normal. I brought my friend back to get her feet and nails done. She really enjoyed herself. I got gell polish with a design and crystals. It cost $30 and I think that was a discount. The crystals fell off with 2 days and I didn’t even shower. They sell toe nail fungus remover for $10.00. it’s a quiet shop with just two to three women working there at a time. They take appointments and walk ins. They was friendly and offered us free cold water. They was fast. We was in and out in less the one hour. They did my friend toes and nails at the same time to help us faster. I enjoyed them. I wish the crystals would have stayed though.

They are super nice, however I did a soak off for 4 nails from a previous set and the nails were not soaked long enough in the acetone or whatever they use to soak off which then made it difficult for them to remove the acrylic nails, then I asked for a manicure and all that was done for that was my natural nails being soaked in water for them to push back the cuticle and remove it… and that was it. No buffing or anything of the nails was done and then just put the polish on. I was charged $25 for that. I also tip because the guy doing the cuticle stuff looked like he was learning and definitely did not want to discourage him but they should definitely do a bit more for the manicure part than just getting rid of the cutting and slabbing on polish.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in Sunday March 21st around 5-6pm to get my toes and nails done well they done my feet good but one of the younger looking ladies done my acrilic nails and made them way to thin I mean like only put one layer if acrilic on and today is Tuesday 23rd one little part of my thumb nail came off yesterday and the other little piece came off today so I called and told them thinking they would tell me to come in well I was wrong.. I told them I wanted all my nails done again and the lady acted like she had no clue what I was talking about!!! My nails look great but they charged me 3x so it should have only been 50 and she ran my cards twice and told me it didnt go through so I pulled cash out of the ATM. The same thing happened to my friend who went with me and they had her bleeding and didnt get what she aske gir ++ being over charged. The other woman that was getting a pedicure complained to me after that it was dirty back there and shes now scared of infection

Critical: QualityI went in to get a fill and do get a gel color and they asked if I wanted a pedicure I said no. They started on my nails and then moved me to a pedicure seat. I thought they were just being nice painting my toe nails until they got through with my nails and I said what about the color I picked o toe nails.. my finger nails look terrible missing color on the sides not even sanded right and then they charged me for my toe nails ended up paying 65.00 for the visit and their mistake.
