As a Personal Trainer who works in the same building as Vinny I feel extremely lucky. Vinny is an extremely talented massage therapist. He has an impressive understanding of anatomy and how the human body is connected. He targets the areas you really would like him to focus on, but he also looks at the body holistically and targets the areas that you may not think about that could also be contributing to your pain. He is also easy to talk to which makes the experience that much better. I highly recommend Vinny.

Vinni is the BEST. He not only listens and asks relevant questions regarding what you’re hoping to achieve with your message but then he delivers it. He is sure to check in with you to make sure his technique and pressure is appropriate for your tolerances. I have been to him multiple times with various aches and pains in my back and shoulders and every time I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I had a shoulder issue that was negatively impacting my sleep for months… I brought it to Vinni and the night of my massage I was able to sleep with no pain. I highly recommend him!!
