Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAs far as professionalism and quality of nails I do not recommend. I showed her (Vicky) a picture of what I wanted and she kept asking me “why do you want it like that” “it’s going to be $55, if you wanna pay it I will do it”If I come in your business and ask for something then I’m definitely planning on paying for it. I’ve spent more than $55 on nails before so money is never an issue. I got a fill and gel polish. I left within 5-10 minutes my polish was chipping. I have never had this issue before so I turned right around and went back. She was like maybe it wasn’t dry. I got gel polish and had my hands under the lights twice regarding the top coat, so it should’ve been dry. She fixed it and apologized, which was understandable. I got my nails done Friday September 24 and literally yesterday my polish started coming off again. It’s very disturbing and a waste of money.. now I have to go somewhere else and pay to get a polish change on Sunday September 26. People pay $50+ for nails so my nail polish shouldn’t be chipping and breaking off within the same day and within the next day. I would definitely not recommend if you want your money’s worth and care about the quality of your nails. The first picture I posted is the day I first got them done (Friday-September 24). This was the worst experience ever! I received very demeaning and “black”targeted services. I was treated with so much disrespect and did not deserve this treatment as a paying customer who never ever complains! I was told to not come back when I asked about the price of my services! I have paid various prices for the same exact services and it seemed to be a problem when I asked to see the price sheet for the second time. Let’s just say the prices quoted were not reflected in my actual price for the day. I expressed my concern to my technician and she put her head down as if I wasn’t talking to her. I was told to get out while receiving my services! Yet, people of other races were treated with the upmost respect! This place is also filthy (check the bathroom and the back) … I should contact the department of health! But this review will do enough!

Very horrible rude staff!! I went in early and asked if I could get my lashes applied on and was very rudely told “ What?? Well you’re gonna have to wait.” Then basically told us to leave the store!! Very bad first experience will not come here again.

The environment was comforting and comfortable. The lady that did my pedicure and nails was to my expectations and was very considerate of how I loves my nails. And the man that did my eyebrows was very quick and professional with it o don’t have t o.ait long and they came out just perfect. And last the lady who did my eyelashes was very nice and quick and I’m so in love with everything.
