I was a walk-in customer tonight. This is the most friendly nail place that I have visited. All of the staff were friendly. I had a deluxe pedicure– amazing job! Some places leave you feeling like they give 70%, but A& K Nails gives 100%! I had a simple manicure, as well. Very pleased and will return! Thank you! Pedicure, Manicure

This place is awful. They treat you like your garbage. And the wait time is extremely long even when it’s not busy. The staff had me sit in a pedicure chair for an hour before they started on my feet. After I finally got my feet done I needed a fill in on my nails. Some man done them and he done a horrible job. Not a friendly place either. And also if ur paying with a debit card they charge you 4 dollars to run ur card. Also they sneak hidden prices on ur bill. My manicure was supposed to be 33 dollars and it was 40 at register. They are rude and extremely slowwwww.

I love getting my nails done here, I wont go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and they are quick to get you in even if you don’t have an appointment!! And tons of colors and designs to choose from. I am never disappointed with my nails when I leave, THANK YOU ANNA!!

Had just a fill in done, $33. Called at 10:30 she said they don’t make appointments. Got there at 12:30 there wasn’t a line at all, just left at 3:00. They weren’t telling anyone that their card machine didn’t work so had to go to atm to get money. She did my nails while doing someones feet. Pretty gross. But then jumped on to anyone who didn’t wash their own hands or messed with their mask. Was not impressed.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCalled ahead for price and was told would be 140 for two sets of acrylics and two pedicures. Ended up charging me 170 they said extra for colors and didnt tell me beforehand. Nails are uneven and lumpy. Nail polish bubbles up on some of the nails and the man filed my cuticles until one bled. They dont listen or ask what you want and the nails look terrible. He didnt even paint the sides of them only the top. They also have. a bad attitude with customers. My sister in law was visiting from Ohio and we decided to get pedis, she does on a regular basis but I don’t. The day after our pedis hers has already chipped and I have a huge bubble that will flake off at some point. Also, my youngest daughter got a kids gel paint and it started chipping the next day as well. Totally unbelievable!! Will never go back

So i went back the next day and they didn’t even want to fix my nails. He complained the whole time about fixing them. I just gave up and let him finish. I do not recommend going here… I went going for a specific look (coffin shape) and when he done them they were really bulky & I’m not the one to really complain, but I had too bc it was horrible. So i went back the next day and they didn’t even want to fix my nails. He complained the whole time about fixing them. I just gave up and let him finish. The sides was odd shape that when I went home i had to fix it myself. I will never waste my money there again.

I had my nails done here for my wedding and thank God I did them a few days before the ceremony. I had gel acrylic nails and had to get them removed and redone the next day. The acrylic was uneven and extremely bumpy and they hadn’t cured long enough as the gloss top coat was coming off within two hours of leaving the salon (I have a toddler so I frequently have to wash my hands or something that she’s gotten ahold of). When I contacted them about the bad work they refused to acknowledge the issues and blocked my contact information. I will never step foot back in this place nor will I ever recommend this place. If you by chance decide on going do NOT have the owner Anna do your nails, she almost ruined my wedding photos.

Always busy, always professional but be prepared to wait always. Not for the impatient. Apparently they short staffed as of lately and cant find any one dependable or that will always try to achieve pretty nails and good service. I had my daughter and my nails done today and pedicures we love our results. May 23, 2019
