Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here since high school and never had such a bad job done on my nails. I’ve been coming here since high school and never had such a bad job done on my nails. This man rushed through my manicure and didn’t even do the whole design I asked for, then after asking another customer was my nail crooked I brought it to his attention and he told me that’s how they were supposed to look. $60 and not happy at all, there aren’t even minor discrepancies these are large differences in what I wanted and what I got.Their customer service has severely declined in the past couple of months.

Critical: QualityI came in an hr and a half before closing and asked for a full set. They agreed. But it was so rushed. I could tell they were trying to hurry up and get out of there and it showed on my nails. They are soo ugly I’m getting them taken off tomorrow. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but don’t waste your time.Service: Nail art

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get a simple gel manicure. The service was extremely rushed. I sat down with one person and got switched off to another lady half way through. My existing color was not properly taken off and I can still see it on the sides. She cut my nails very poorly and only filed half of them. I paid for the manicure but only got them painted. When I got ready to pay it cost me $40. That price for the service I received was ridiculous. I went to get a simple gel manicure. The service was extremely rushed. I sat down with one person and got switched off to another lady half way through. My existing color was not properly taken off and I can still see it on the sides. She cut my nails very poorly and only filed half of them. I paid for the manicure but only got them painted.
