I received a gel manicure Friday & by Sunday my nails were a mess. The crystals were never glued down and 3-4 came off hours after leaving the shop… when I came in Monday to have them fixed, the 2 workers were too busy doing other sets to ask what I needed help with. I just went to get my powder dip nails removed. I paid 20$, and she ripped them off! I looked it up after and I saw you should NEVER do this. I purposely went to a nail salon to protect my nails for a proper removal. Now they hurt really bad. I hope they heal soon 🙁 Do not recommend!

If you come here have love expectations and simple designs ready because the quality is usually not the greatest and their skill isn’t amazing. The quality of your nails usually depend on the person who does them. Kind of high prices for the work they usually do. Employees are sometimes nice, they aren’t mean just kind of quiet and reserved which isn’t awful but also awkward when you’re sitting there in silence. This place is good if you are willing to get alright nails but definitely not if you’re looking for something amazing

Honestly I went in here on the fly, on a Friday afternoon. I was seen in 5 minutes with a full shop. i had Lisa and she fixed (filled) the mess of the acrylic nails i had put on 4 days earlier @the mall. She was very friendly and tentative & very hard working if i might add. she got all the bumps out my nails, filed them perfectly and even straightened out my shape. I got gel polish and it was perfectly put on. 24$ and i gave her a very well deserved 6$ Tip. Definitely will be going back. They were all super friendly and even when they spoke a different language lisa told me what they were talking about and let me chime in. It was cool. Good vibes, and great work. Makes me look @ the old reviews with disbelief.

Totally over priced. Took my step daughter’s there. We walked in together and I told them what the girls were going to get. The nail tech I went to asked if I was paying for them. I said yes and paid before I got polish done. She also seemed irritated when I asked to have my nails filed down. Then when we were walking out the door, they stopped us and said the youngest girl didn’t pay, and I had to pay an additional $30 for her on top of the $60 + tip that I already gave them. All she got done was 1 repair and a fill and small nail art. Then we get home and the polish was so thin on all of our nails, you can tell they cheaped out on the polish. Also kind of turned off by the apparent use of the same nail files on all customers.

Typically not one to leave reviews on places, but my experience on Friday 6/19 warrants one. I called early Friday morning to see if there was any chance to get in later that day. I was more than gracious that my friend and I were able to get in that day at 6pm. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and were asked to wait outside, understandably so due to COVID concerns. My full set was not started until 6:50pm. I am grateful I didn’t have anywhere to be that day. The acrylics I got were of great quality, my friends were not. The nail tech that did my friends was rushed, there is a reason why she waited almost 40 mins in the parking lot for me to be finished after she was done. He lacked major professionalism and was nasty to other customers that were there or walked in. I typically do not cause a fuss about long waits and nasty attitudes and always will give salons another chance. I will not be after the $137 bill (w/o tip) for two sets and a pedicure.
