Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had a fabulous experience at the Oasis Spa today. Super happy with my results. The staff was accommodating with my last minute appointment and requests. They were able to coordinate my haircut and a massage back to back. When I got to my appointment I was offered water, coffee or wine. I am really picky about my hair and like most people during this time I had COVID hair. It was really long and way over due. Nicole did an awesome job! I wish I could post a before and after picture to show the difference. My second experience was with Marissa. I was originally scheduled for a 60 minute deep tissue, however about 20 minutes into my relaxation I realized I did not want it to end! I asked her if it was to late to add an additional 30 minutes to my appointment. Marissa accommodated and it was well worth it! Great customer service and loved my results! I feel total safe when at Hidden Oasis Spa. They are taking every precaution to create an environment of maximum safety from Corona virus. Masks are worn by all the employees. All customers must wash hands before nails are done. Customers are requested to wear masks. I would recommend them highly.

If you have Melia…near your eyes , go to a dermatologist. They don’t use metal on your pedicures , so , if you need anything like that….I was told it’s illegal by Angie. It’s apparently the law. No one ever told me that. !
