Keith Paschal is an absolute genius! I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage unlike any other I’ve ever had. I recently opened a business and have had a ton of stress around my neck, shoulders, and hips. It recently got so bad that I was getting frequent headaches, tingling fingers, and ultimately a bout of nausea that caused me to give him a call. He was able to fit me in on the same day and did a terrific job. He explained everything he was doing and how each area was affecting my mental and physical health. I feel completely relaxed and have more range of motion in my arms (I didn’t even know I was limited in range). He also performed some TBM techniques that Lee my mind. I appreciated all the knowledge he shared with me and gave me multiples tips to add into my daily habits. I’m looking forward to going back! Without a doubt, Keith Paschal is the best massage therapist in Lubbock and all of West Texas.

Keith is awesome at his job and just an all around kind person. Definitely recommend!!! I would give more stars if I could. Best hot rock massage I have ever received in my life. Had the most relieving and unexpected best visit. I went in hardly being able to move with extreme lower back pain. I am used to getting injections that just mask the pain. I am bulging L4-L5 and L5-S1. After some magic massage and some decompression techniques I walked out standing straight up and so much pain relief. I was given education material that has helped a great deal since. I highly recommend their truly healing touch.
