Had gone in for my eyebrows which came out great and hair cut which I left completely upon her and she did a wonderful job!! I will NEVER go back to this salon. She is NOT the “hair expert” like she claims on her site. I don’t know how the other reviews say she is good, they must be paid reviews or her friends. She is a major B. I went there to get my kids hair cut and she was so rude and almost made my daughter cry. She knows nothing about hair. She was telling my daughter her hair was too course. Ugh yea people have different types of hair. She was saying she would charge me for 2 haircuts to do layered on top and a small undercut, which we wanted so my daughter wouldn’t be so hot due to her hair being so thick and wavy. She said if we didn’t like the length she did she would charge twice. I have NEVER had a salon say that. She was standing there arguing with me bc we don’t use shampoo or conditioner with pthalates or any of the bad stuff they put in hair products these days. She was saying oh it will smooth out your hair to use smoothing shampoo. No it makes it seem smoother but it’s bad for your hair and scalp. Omg I was so mad. No I am posting on here and FB to tell ppl about this woman

I met Kim today for the first time but definitely not the last. I’m thrilled with my hairstyle and her originality along with her personality is fantastic. As far as one other review that said she butchered his wife’s hair & over charged her… you can’t please all of the people all of the time. I knew what I wanted and she delivered. You get what you pay for also…. and she’s very reasonable. Thank you Kim!!!
