I had a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage on Saturday, which was nothing less than perfect. Beth was attentive to my needs and focused on those areas as much as possible. The stretching techniques that she combines into the massage were awesome. If you haven’t had a massage from Beth do yourself a favor and give her a call. Best massage I have had in five years and will go back again in a heartbeat.

Simply put, the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever received. I am a gym rat and lift 7 days a week, so knots and tightness are going to happen. Beth worked out all of it and had me feeling loose and knot free by the end of the massage. And the most surprising part of the massage is how she incorporated stretching into it, which helps with loosening up the muscles and joints. SO SIMPLY PUT, THE BEST. I will be making this a monthly occurrence.

I have had repeated problems with a pinched nerve in my neck. If i go to Physical Therapy, the message portion of the therapy works better than the exercises to fix it. i been through the PT 3 times in 2 1/2 years, so i decided to try some preventative message. i decided to look for a message therapist that specializes in problem areas, rather than just a message therapist at a spa. Beth at Golden Touch is great. i get a message every two weeks, and that has kept my nerve from pinching again, and given me better range of motion in my neck. She really knows what she is doing! I highly recommend!

I suffered for many years with neck pain and tension. It got so bad that I decided to seek out a masseuse and I’m so thankful to have found Beth. I expressed my need for only neck and shoulder work and she listened to me! After only one visit I felt pain relief and feel like I have a neck again! My shoulders are no longer hunched and stiff. Beth accommodates me practically anytime I call and want a massage that same day. She takes care of those trouble spots. Highly recommended for any back or neck pain. She really knows how to target certain muscles to make the pain go away, and relax. Ask her about her stretching method too, they work wonders!
