First time customers,there was a mix up with the appointments(had to book with Erica due to technical difficulties with her booking site) Erica forgot to put our appointments in her calendar, that part would have been ok, but the way she responded from the beginning of the conversation was unprofessional,argumentative,combative& hurtful. I don’t know why she behaved this way things happen it could have been worked out, we all forget make mistakes.We are humans. My mother was so excited. She wanted to suprise me. This experience will not allow us to give her a second chance . She would have had 2 new customers had she just listen to us and been professional.

Erica is awesome. With over 16-years of experience, she knows what she is doing. I was bummed when COVID forced my Groupon to expire. I thought I’d lose the money, but Erica was understanding and accepted it anyway. She was easy to contact and put her (personal) phone number right on her site. She was kind, professional, easy-going, and hard-working. My friend and I took our Saturday morning to go to her place. Our toes look great, and we had a great time. I’d go back to A Gentle Touch in a heartbeat.
