Critical: QualityI have been working so hard to grow my hair out and have been very excited to go for my first haircut after damaging my hair for so long. I decided to try out this specific salon because I was recommended by a friend. It saddens me to say that my experience was horrible. I had shown the woman a reference of what cut I had wanted, but she did the complete opposite. I left the salon with a bowl cut and cannot even style my hair without it flying everywhere. It angers me that this woman had asked to see the picture multiple times and had failed to do the cut I asked her to do. I now have to do multiple treatments to grow my hair out. Imagine the disappointment I am feeling with New Years arriving. I decided to try out this specific salon because I was recommended by a friend. It saddens me to say that my experience was horrible. I’ve been coming to this salon for years. My favorite ladies are Gladys, Violeta and Benny… but all others are equally great at what they do, as I see what they do while I wait. When it comes to pricing, hair-dying is never consistent, but it is what it is. I value what they do and they’re good at it.

Do NOT Go to this salon! I went there once and got my hair done and it was super reasonable, I made an appt again and they charged me more than double for the same exact thing. When I questioned them they said their English was too bad to explain, I feel as if I was taken advantage and overcharged for an ok hair experience and style.. will never go back again was treated very badly by “management”
