She made sure I was happy with what she did before I left. I also got my brows waxed for the first time ever and I will definitely let her do it again! I went to Jennifer with a mess. Hair color was horrid. She took the time to explain what she could do to rectify the situation. She was professional and very knowledgeable. The end result was a color I could live with. I went back 2 weeks later, once my scalp calmed down from all the coloring process from the previous hairdresser and had another coloring done. It is exactly what I wanted. She is professional and very kind. I’m definitely going to continue seeing Jennifer for all my hair needs.
