I loooovvveeee it here! Been coming for a few years now, first I came for their amazing Spa….then I fell in love with how Julie does my hair! She literally mixes three colors to give me ‘the’ perfect highlights unique to me. She’s a true artist. Erica always greets me so warmly both on the phone and in person. Love shopping in the salon too, always find unique jewelry, blissful candles, body scrubs and so much more. They pamper every single client. I always look forward to my special cappuccino and lovely glass of wine!

AMAZING!!! Marie was fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and made honest recommendations. I loved that she went over prices with me so I wasn’t surprised at check out. My hair has never looked and felt so good especially being a blonde. She was so attentive and explained every step so knew what she was doing and why. She also explained my after care for best results. We booked my next appointment and she even made me a delicious chocolate dream drink. From the moment I walked in with friendly front desk, a hot neck wrap and latte, until I checked out with reasonable prices and easy next appointment booking.. my experience was amazing! Lastly, she gave me the BEST blowout I have ever had.

Gianna at the desk was wonderful to deal with before and after my massage. She gave us complimentary beverages and hot towels. She watched my 12 year old son while I got my massage and my son is now in love with her lol. She made us feel comfortable and welcome.

My daughter had her hair done for her Sweet 16 tonight, and it couldn’t have turned out better. First, the staff is fantastic. Very friendly, and very accommodating. The hairstylist Caitlin was wonderful. Great personality, very talented and such a perfectionist!! My daughter’s hair came out beautiful. Exactly what she wanted. All she had to do was show Caitlin a picture, and she made it happen! Her assistant was also great! Very friendly and talented as well. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will definitely be back!

Our experiences was quite incredible! I worked with Erika to organize and setup my friends bridal services and services for the bridal party. We had some small communication issues but eventually got all bookings done. The day off was really phenomenal service. All the girls were taken on time. They offered beverages regularly and made sure we were well taken care of. We had croissants, Nutella and strawberries for food. And then mimosas and anything from cappuccinos to iced lattes. All the girls were satisfied with their looks and my makeup girl, Juliana I think it was, took my suggestions and changed anything I asked. Everyone’s makeup and hair stayed on for the entire day. We started at 9 am and with 10 in total they had us out by 1 pm. The reception ended at 10:30 and we all still looked decent!

Was gifted a trinity spa package for the holidays and I’m beyond happy with my experience. The staff were welcoming and kind. I’m not one who typically gets their hair done or massages, I was a bit nervous. They completely eased my anxiousness. The service was outstanding. Massage, mani/pedi and hair cut/blowout. I recommend and will be returning.

Very unorganized and overrated place. Massage was not worth the $. Friendly service, but not the brightest employees. To get pricing for anything is such a headache. I never saw such unorganization at any spa or salon I’ve been to. Every hairstylist has different prices. Maybe make a price list? When one says they’ll call you back; they definitely do not. Was even told the owner would call me..lol. Really wanted to use this place, as it’s nearby for me, for hair, facial, massages, extensions (ridiculous pricing), makeup & more AND for my wedding & shower. But, I could not get proper assistance & booked elsewhere, where I received proper answers, in a timely manner. Might I add, last year I made an appt online for a massage. They never confirmed it.. nor contacted me. Why even have a website?
