Me and my baby had an awesome stay it was so quiet and peaceful there were plenty of stores rite up the street and food restaurants not even 5 mins away we really enjoyed our selves the room was clean breakfast could of been better we needed hot food not bag food the lady at the front desk was awesome she need a raise matter fact all the staff was very respectful and nice but other than that we enjoyed our stay

Came to A&E because I am in South Bend for a nursing contract and was treated so rude. I assumed the lady that helped me was the owner because she was telling everyone what to do and answering phones etc. She immediately got an attitude with me over a polish change that was clearly beyond her practice because I have the most current nail do up! My thing is, if you can’t do it; just say it! Don’t get mad at me because you delayed on the newest. Then she yells, that will be 35.00 for a polish change. I said ummm no big deal, then i was told to tell her the color of polish which i did then she said what kind. Im like what kind what?? She yelled NAILS. I then told her that this is my 1st time here and i am not sure of your process. I went back to counter and got her the nail plate and she yelled the kind…im thinking.. umm if YOU put numbers by the polish the kind would be for you to know not me. Extraness for no reason. They only had 6 nail plates!! Not hard to mix up. She then told me to scoot up versus telling me to extend my arm because I was already close as ever and one more move, I would have been sitting on the nail counter. I ended up not getting anything but a removal of my top layer of gel coat and left the powder underneath. 10.00 it is, and I assume she thought that I wasn’t going to tip so she charged my cc only 10.00 ummm okay. I was going to tip to teach her about stereotyping ppl off of race, hair, clothes etc. Then she talked about me in her language as I was walking out as if I can’t tell when someone sounds mad through tone. And everyone talks about wanting opportunities. Smh

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe fact that they are rude is an understatement. I was over charged. I tried to give this shop ample chances. To fix what was down wrong on their part and still had to pay for that too. I’m completely done with this salon and literally switched my whole party to a different nail salon to get pampered because the nail techs would have not liked to be tested the way they treat their customers. Smh. If I could give no stars I would. Critical: QualityWhen I told the older lady doing my pedicure that she was filing my nails down too short, she claimed that she was making them even for me! If you got eyes you can clearly see that the 2nd and 3rd toenails are not even, but they very much look like they need a V8… crooked. I didn’t argue with her because I just didn’t have the energy. When I told the older lady doing my pedicure that she was filing my nails down too short, she claimed that she was making them even for me! If you got eyes you can clearly see that the 2nd and 3rd toenails are not even, but they very much look like they need a V8… crooked. I didn’t argue with her because I just didn’t have the energy. Go somewhere else. Nails done on Friday Gel polish chipped by Monday.. Could not have a conversation with my manicurist did not speak hardly any English.
