I have been coming to this salon for almost 20 years and even after Angela and Erik took over soon after I started coming (as a teenager), the salon has only gotten better!! I highly recommend every colorist, stylist and manicurist there. The service is great and once you are a loyal customer, they treat you like family!! I love A&E!! Blowouts, Kids’ cuts

I gave this place three chances this is a horrible Salon. I asked for a simple haircut and they gave me a choppy cut that looked like a little kid did it. the next time I went there I asked for wispy bangs, and they give me a atrocious thick, choppy bangs. I also went there to get highlights, and they completely destroyed and damaged my hair. they over processed my hair, and a lot of my hair fell out. I specifically went to alla and Nella, thru are horrible at what they do!! They don’t know to even do a simple haircut. This is salon is just over horrible and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you want damaged hair or horrible cut hair. This place doesn’t even deserve one star it deserves zero stars.

I am from Boston and have been to this salon a few times especially around New Years and they are always so happy to accommodate me and even once did highlights when they only do blow outs on new years eve. They always did a great job, fast, and very welcoming. Always happy with the results! Thank you from Boston, will be back again when I visit Yelena Kuyenova again:)

I came in with long hair ending in my lower back and asked for a trim. The woman who did my hair took of five inches leaving my hair going slightly below my shoulders. They can’t listen to directions and do what they want. If you even slightly care about your hair I suggest you skip this place.

I went to this solon in order to get my hair done for a wedding. My family went as well. Aki did my hair and another member of my family and we absolutely loved it she in my opinion is the best one there, however she is very busy, she listens to you and asks questions about what you like or don’t like. Sonia has a great bubbly personality and did my other member of my family she did a great job as well but Aki has a certain vison and works fast. Gula did my other members of the family and we really didn’t like her work. She is nice at first but if you tell her to fix something up she gives you a nasty attitude and if you show her a picture of some hair style it would look nothing like it.
