I went to receive a silk press, the silk press part was nice but the woman was scissor happy. It took me forever to grow my hair to bra strap length. I didn’t have high split ends nor did i have damage. I just wanted a trim. She showed me what she was going to trim off in the mirror i said it was good because she only showed my ends that needed a trim. When she was finished my hair was at least 3 inches or 4 inches shorter than my normal length and even charged me for a haircut that i didnt even ask for. Never going back there to someone who doesn’t understand what natural girls need for their hair and length retention. Also, she doesn’t use a comb to straighten hair, she goes over hair way too many times with the straightener. I’d rather just travel the miles to go to my regular salon where i moved from.

This group is always willing to service anyone and speak to everyone that enters, offering water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Excellent work. Every stylist produced top notch and polished work. I was very happy to get done and watch all the beautiful work come out of everyone’s chair!!!
