My granddaughter & I were so optimistic n excited to get our body wrap for her senior graduation 2022. but it didn’t work out for her. We were told we could lose 3/6 inches and she lost 1inch. The establishment is very small and couldn’t find everything she needed. The mood wasn’t memorable. The robe was dirty that we were offered. I was told the table wasnt hot because the socket or cord was working or wouldn’t reach. I mean stuff everywhere. The lady was very talkative, had a good sale pitch but when I asked for a re-do I was advised no unless I pay again. I was disappointed and sad my granddaughter didn’t get a good end result. I advised others to check the place out first then decide if this is where you really wanna go.

The owner called to me before the appointment and made sure she answered all my questions and solidified my time as there was a scheduling conflict. The experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Their customer service and actual skill level as massage therapists were top-notch. Andrea massaged my wife and did an incredible job and Allen McFadden worked on me. As an athlete who had never had a deep tissue massage, I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and application to my muscle ailments and have set up more appointments to improve myself to be the best athlete and martial artist I can be. Very happy with my massage here. I got a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. It wasn’t nearly as painful as others I have had. Their customer service is great and they seem to really care about their clients. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars, is because the facility could use some updating. I have been going to A Day Spa for years now. Their prices are fair and I always leave relaxed and refreshed. The owner is really nice and the staff are all fantastic as well. I usually use Andrea and she is wonderful. I almost always almost fall asleep because it feels so good. I love that when you pay for a 50 minute massage or a 90 minute massage you actually get a massage for the length you’re paying for. Unlike messag envy that takes 10 minutes out of your massage time to “talk” to you and let you change. No no. I’m paying for a massage not to chit chat. Oh, also, never heard of A Day Spa having a lawsuit for sexual assault like message envy and some of these other places. I digress, this place is fabulous.

Waste of money. Got a couples massage and facial. The massage wasn’t that great it didn’t seem like the person knew what they were doing. The receptionist doubled as a masseuse which was a bit odd. The facial was more like a face massage. All they did was put a hot towel on our face, then held raw honey on our face, then wiped it off and put lotion on our face. I could’ve done that at home. On top of the pitiful service we were told one price on the phone by the owner and got charged a lot more.

After having a BBL in Miami coming home I knew I needed to find someone who could do lymphatic massage. I was in communication with the owner as she was in conference. Very nice lady. However when I go to my appt I see a therapist and he had no idea what I was talking about as far as needing a massage of lymphatic. He than told me to show him so for 45 mts I was showing him what I learned in the massages I had in miami before I came home. I was so much In pain I needed someone to HELP as I was in tears of needing the proper massage. I paid being kind however I messaged the owner about it she never even responded or even apologized to me. This is very disappointing and i was in so much pain needing for some of that fluids to drain. If you need a lymphatic massage DO NOT come here total waste of money!!!

Received massages around the world, this place is definitely a diamond in the rough. I had one of those days where I needed some back correction, however didn’t have an appointment. The owner, Annette must have sensed the stress in my voice and allowed me to be a walk in with only 15 mins notice, needless to say I was elated. I’ve also never had a guy work on me for whatever reason, but with short notice was at their mercy. I was assigned to Keith Watts, dude is the real deal, thought he was holding back on the deep tissue then said I’ve gotten find where the problem is before I apply the remedy. He zero’d in on the area and relieved to pain, most people will just try to go hard and numb you up, but in this case he found my problem and corrected it without manhandleing my back with pain. I would definitely recommend this spa, prices aren’t bad either, I’ll definitely be back, almost don’t want to give a review because I don’t want people to know how good they are, but I’m leaving this area in a few months.

Allen was outstanding! He explained the best option for me and was very respectful and polite. Making an appointment online is helpful but was a little troublesome with a gift certificate and that were hard to reach by phone but did call back the next day.
