I went in with a picture and clear instructions on how I wanted my hair (a sharp A-line bob that was chest length in front) I left with a pixie. Once she cut the front I knew it was over, I had no choice but to let her finish. After words she aggressively tried to sell me Plexus (which is supplements & vitamins and have nothing to do with hair) and some expensive colored hair powder that’s for people who are going bald. I had so much hair spray in my hair from her showing me how the power worked that it was like I was in the 80s and not in a good way, she didn’t even ask me before she accosted me with it. About 2 hours later the powder had all fallen onto my scalp and became this patchy, dirty, itchy, mess that I had to deal with because I tell had errands to run. Worst experience at a salon EVER!

Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. The hair stylist talked about her personal life, and she didn’t even know what the apt was made for. I wanted some simple high lights. She bleached it way, way to much, and for way to long. She was drinking on the job. Also she was trying to sell me some kind of vitamins too. That said helped her w her ph balances, or brain wave levels..? lmao… Idk what in the hoot this lady was on, or talking about. Don’t waste your money ladies, she also didn’t dry my hair after she colored it… It was all so strange, and uncomftrable.
